The Center for Study of Science, Technology and Policy (CSTEP) organised a data dissemination and capacity-building event on 29 April 2022 at Shangri-La, Bengaluru, in collaboration with the KSPCB and Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP).
The objectives of the event were to disseminate the results of the the Emission Inventory (EI) and Source Apportionment (SA) studies for Bengaluru conducted by the Centre for Air Pollution Studies (CAPS) at CSTEP and discuss key findings, challenges, and opportunities.
Experts from various line departments and other dignitaries participated in the event. The event had a panel discussion and a capacity-building workshop to help line departments make effective policy decisions.
